Research update: call for submissions
As you know GARNET is intended to be used as a forum for exchange about research in the sector. With this in mind, I would like to repeat a request for subscribers to submit brief profiles of current or recently completed research. Originally this resulted in the creation of an Access Database of GARNET related research (which can be interrogated by any GARNET user) and the publication on the website of a series of research projects.
The incentive for you to do this is that all the responses are collated and this information is re-distributed to all contributors. In this way, you should get a feel for recently completed or currently on-going research in the sector. This could help you to avoid duplication of effort, learn from others or identify possible collaborators.
If you have not already participated in this initiative, please return to me a completed profile of your research project against the following headings. Alternatively, post me a copy of your research proposal or flyer for your research, and I'll do my best to fit it to the fields below.
I hope you will have time to participate in this initiative.
With best wishes,
Julie Woodfield
GARNET Secretary
