The University's Online Reading List System
Provides online access to the reading lists for your Modules. It also links directly to the Library Catalogue so you can check availability.
New Books
Track new books coming into the Library using RSS feeds or sign up for SDI alerts via the Library catalogue.
New E-Journals
Listing of new e-journals added to the Library's holdings. Updated monthly.
Borrowing from the Library

Metalib
The Library gateway to key databases, e-journals and websites arranged by subject category, alphabetically and available to search.
Remote Working Portal
Login to this service using your University username and password to access most e-journals from off campus. Some other online resources such as Index to Theses and MathSciNet are also accessible off campus via the Remote Working Portal.
IT facilities
The Library provides a range of IT facilities including PCs, wireless network, access to a range of software and help that will support your learning.
AV and Photocopying
The Library offers a range of media equipment (microform reader,/ printer, video playback equipment and CD players) as well as photocopiers.

The library offers workshops, online tutorials and advice sheets that can help you enhance your study and information literacy skills.

Academic Librarians
Your Academic Librarian is the main contact for your Department with the Library and is happy to help you with any information related question, large or small. Please email or telephone the Library to see your Academic Librarian whenever you need some advice about accessing information or have any queries about Library services.
Resources beyond Lboro
Inter-Library Loans
It maybe possible for you to borrow books and obtain journal articles from other Libraries using our Inter-Library Loans service. Articles can be received via Secure Electronic Delivery or on paper.
Sconul Access
This scheme allows students to visit other UK and Irish university libraries that participate in the scheme.
